Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

At Soundfulness, our commitment is your complete satisfaction in your purchases with us. Our Exchanges and Returns Policy, aligned with the Consumer Protection Code , reflects our search for a partnership based on respect and trust.

If you need to exchange or return a purchased product, we are here to answer your questions and assist you throughout the process.

When purchasing any product in our online store or via WhatsApp, you automatically agree to our Exchange, Return and Refund Policy.

Reasons for Exchange or Return

Withdrawal/Regret: You have up to 7 (seven) days after receiving the product (according to Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code) to request a return.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and with adequate protection.

Technical or Manufacturing Defect: If you detect any technical or manufacturing defect, you have up to 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the product (according to Art. 18 and Art. 26 of the Consumer Protection Code) to report the problem.

Damage during Transport: If the product is damaged during transport, we ask that you contact us immediately and send us images proving the damage.

Product that does not correspond to the Order: If you receive a product that does not correspond to your order, you must report the discrepancy within 7 (seven) days after receipt (according to Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code).

Procedure

Before requesting an exchange or return, we recommend that you test the product to confirm any defect. If the defect is confirmed, contact our Customer Service Center via WhatsApp (11) 91474-0094 .

For the exchange or return to be carried out, the product undergoes the following condition analyses:

Analysis of the original packaging,
Analysis of Adequate Protection in Transport,
Analysis of the Claimed Defect.

The deadline for analyzing the product is up to 10 (ten) business days, counting from receipt of the product at Soundfulness.

In cases of defect due to misuse, the product will be returned to the customer with return shipping costs.

To quickly locate the defect, we ask that you describe it in writing and provide images that demonstrate the problem. (Note: Explanations via audio on WhatsApp will not be considered.)

The exchange can be carried out by
  • The same product,

  • Product of equal value,

  • Higher value product (with payment of the difference.)
